Happy 6th Birthday Caleb!!!

I can't believe how fast the time goes.  My baby is now 6!!!  Since we are going on a big car trip this summer, we got Caleb a Nintendo 3DS for his birthday, along with a Skylander pack for his DS.  He was so excited, and played it most of the day on his birthday.  Then he had some friends over, and we walked up to the school to play some T-Ball and throw some frisbees around.  Lots of fun and the weather was beautiful.

Happy Birthday!  Grandma Patti & Papa Mark got him a new Nerf Gun.

Chloe's Last Days of 1st Grade

I can't believe the school year is over!  Chloe has learned so much this year.  She has really taken off as a reader.  If she is not playing, you will find her reading in her room.  She's become alot more social as well, and had a great group of girl friends to play with this year.  (most were in her Girl Scout troop as well)  And I am proud to say that she is a very kind person to all the kids and sticks up for someone if they are being picked on, or if they get hurt she comforts them or goes for help.  She will be a great mom one day.

Caleb's last days of Kindergarten

Here are a couple pictures of Caleb's last 2 days of Kindergarten.  Can't believe how fast this year has gone by.  He will be in school all day next year!

For his End of the Year Party, they got Ice Cream Sundaes.  What a treat at 8:30 in the morning!  They also got beach balls.  They got to sign all of their friends, and have theirs signed too.  Such a neat idea.

Chloe's Talent

Bridging

Chloe had her Bridging ceremony from Daisies to Brownies last night. All the girls got to do one talent, to show their individuality. Chloe did jump roping. She did about 40 in a row, on her first try. She did awesome. Afterwards the girls got to eat dinner together and play. A great way to end the year for Girl Scouts.

Daisy Day Camp

This year Chloe has been a Daisy Girl Scout. At the beginning of May her troop attended Daisy Day. It was for all of the Daisy Troops in our area. They did crafts and games and had lots of fun. Since Chloe and her troop are all 1st Graders, they got to spend the night at the camp. The weekend of the camp was also the weekend that Chloe got to have Benny Bear from her class. (each kid gets to bring home the class stuffed animal-bear, and take it with them and tell about their adventures together) She was so excited to take Benny with her to camp.
