Car Racing

Chris and I got to be passengers in race cars while they raced in the Valley River parking lot. Doesn't sound to exciting but it's a lot different in the car. The entire race course only takes about 40sec to finish. I will tell you from my one ride- wow. I was belted in with a 5 point harness as tight as I could get it, wore a racing helmet (thank goodness). Some of the turns and corners are really tight, and even though I tried really hard to hold my head back against the seat it still knocked up against the side of the car a few times. And it barely looks like you can fit through the cones on the race course. I'm glad I decided to try it. Chris went like 6 times and I went on the final turn.
